What's the deal with Crowtoon Studios?

How long should it take to get my order?

I mail the books and artwork out myself. So figure mailing within a day and receipt 4-7 days after that. Shirt printing and fulfillment is usually taken care of by Spreadshirt. I handle the Coffee Cult Tee directly. I go into the details of the different print methods used on the shirts here but the short story that they're done using a new technology that delivers silk screen quality with a super-enhanced flexibility of production.

It usually takes between four and seven days to get domestic orders from them. If you have questions about an order that has already been placed, then you need to contact them at service@spreadshirt.com. They're very friendly and very responsive so no worries on that score. If they mess up on the printing, they'll make good. Also, be sure to look around the internet for Spreadshirt coupons before placing your order. Often you can get discounts like free shipping depending on the size of your purchase.

Please note that if you'd like a design on a different type of shirt or with the design colored differently, I can easily make that happen. Just drop me an email and I'll create the appropriate garment/design. Takes but a few minutes.

What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are done through PayPal. This allows you to use either your PayPal account or most major credit cards.

Do you do freelance work?

Sure! I'm available for a wide variety of work, including t-shirt designs, illustrations, website graphics, and more. Just e-mail me with a description of what you're looking for and your budget, and we'll go from there.

An I use the prints as a gift?

That's the number one use! You can supply a different shipping address in the shopping cart or just shoot me an email with the details.
